Ceremony - General Info


We ask that everyone park at the Villeneuve Hall, (unless requested not to) as there is limited parking at the ceremony location. If you plan on not driving, there will be a shuttle bus leaving at 1:30 PM from the Holiday Inn Express St. Albert to take guests to the ceremony. If you plan on driving, there will be a shuttle bus taking everyone from the hall to Mel and Kevin's for the ceremony and back to hall for the reception. Please meet at the Villeneuve Hall for 1:45 PM, no later if you plan on driving. There will be washrooms and refreshments available at the ceremony location.


Reception - General Info


Our reception will be open bar, however, if you plan on tipping our bartenders please take out cash prior as there is no ATM at the reception location. Throughout the night, there will be bus transportation from the Villeneuve Hall to the Holiday Inn Express in St. Albert. Shuttles will be leaving at: 11:00 PM, 12:00AM and 1:00AM. For those interested, you are welcome to bring your trailers and park at the Villeneuve Hall for the weekend.
